The Psychological Effects of Meal Timing Among Individuals with Obesity
This project evaluates the psychological effects of meal timing among individuals with obesity. Previous studies have suggested that earlier eating schedules can promote weight management, however, this study seeks to determine whether these findings apply to individuals with obesity. The purpose of this study is to determine how the timing of eating impacts weight and metabolism. By comparing the participant responses on three questionnaires (the Food Craving Inventory (FCI), Power of Food Scale (PFS), and Weight Efficacy Lifestyle (WEL) questionnaires) we can begin to explore the psychological impacts of meal timing.
