Kingsley Song

Kingsley Song (they/them) is a senior in the College studying Political Science and Fine Arts. Hailing from the Bay Area, their community organizing experience informs their interest and continued work in on-campus advocacy and research into U.S. imperialism and social movements. They currently serve as the Chair of the Asian Pacific Student Coalition (APSC) where they work with 21+ constituent organizations and advocate for buildings for cultural centers on Locust Walk as well as support the Asian American Studies program as part of its Undergraduate Advisory Board. Their research project “International Human Rights and “Democracy”: The implications of U.S. involvement in suppressing people’s movements in South Korea” is supported by the College Alumni Society Undergraduate Research Grant and the Asian American Studies (ASAM) Fellowship, and will culminate into their Political Science Honors Thesis.
