Born to a self-employed, immigrant single mother, my dedication to the well-being and representation of underprivileged communities has been largely formed by my unique experiences. I am especially interested in serving Latinx communities, as well as expanding women empowerment and visibility as a proponent for improved healthcare access and social advocacy.

I intend to pursue medicine as a Neuroscience major at the University of Pennsylvania knowing that my aspirations are shaped by my tenacity and desire to give back to those communities that have helped to shape my character.
