Using Neural Networks to Inform Architectural Design
Recent advancements in artificial intelligence and deep learning have created opportunities for design experimentation through the use of neural networks. Deep learning algorithms are meant to mimic the structure and function of the human brain and are constructed using neural networks. These neural networks can be fed data to produce outputs.
This project experimented with neural networks to generate a variety of visual compositions. The 2D visual compositions produced were then used to inform 3D architectural designs.

Very Informative!
Fascinating project! I am curious about what went into the decision to choose a swimming pool as the subject of your composition?
Exciting!
This is a very aesthetic project! Would you say AI or the human brain create better design? I feel that it's very hard to answer this question since the definition of "aesthetic" design is subjective and one might like AI's design or human's better.
