SOLO V1: Detecting, and Segmenting Objects

We implemented SOLO V1, an algorithm for detecting, classifying, and segmenting objects in images. We focused on images that contained procedurally generated shapes as a good testing ground for the implementation. Our goal was to develop our understanding of object detection and segmentation.
