Decreasing Health Inequity Through the Center for Disease Control’s Social Vulnerability Index

The objective of our project was to analyze how the CDC’s Social Vulnerability Index has been used to ensure equity in the context of COVID-19 and how this index can be used in the future to decrease health-related disparities and reduce disadvantage for marginalized populations.
