This project focuses on the importance of Medicare and Medicaid to the older Latin community and the flaws with this type of health insurance. The data from this project is taken from my Summer experience with Tiempo Juntos Por Nuesta Salud, an interventsion Studey led by Adriana Perez, PhD, RN,CRNP, FAAN. Tiempo Juntos focuses on the results of community based physical activity to improve memory, sleep, and heart health in Latinos with mild cognitive impairment.
