Emily T Huynh
I am a Sophomore in the College of Arts and Sciences, where I major in Health and Societies with a concentration in Healthcare Markets and Finance and minor in Bioethics. I have strong interests in end-of-life care, health equity, and LGBTQ+ advocacy. I have conducted end-of-life care research with the Policy and Economics of Disability, Aging, and Long-Term Care Lab at the Perelman School of medicine, volunteered with Suncrest Home Health and Hospice, and currently am working with the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization to increase diversity, equity, and inclusion in hospice and comfort care. I enjoy hiking, long-distance biking, and helping others through peer counseling.
