Defne Tim was a mentee of Prof. Dawn Mechanic-Hamilton under the Penn Undergraduate Research Mentorship Program (PURM). She is a second-year international student from Turkey at the University of Pennsylvania who is interested in cognitive neuroscience, computational modeling, memory, and artificial intelligence. Tim is planning to declare majors in Cognitive Science (Computation and Cognition) and Economics, with possibly a minor in Computer Science.
