Jerry Cai is a recent graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, studying Neuroscience and Bioengineering. With a passion for interdisciplinary problem-solving, Jerry is committed to developing impactful technologies that enhance human well-being. His academic journey reflects a deep interest in the intersection of neuroscience, engineering, and entrepreneurship, driving him to work on innovative projects such as augmented reality and brain computer interface research with Dr. Iahn Cajigas, Dr. Chamith Rajapakse and human connectedness work with Dr. Michael Platt.

Currently, Jerry is the co-founder of Agorum, a talent marketplace platform for freelancers (agorum.co). Jerry’s vision with Agorum is to reshape the future of work by facilitating human connectedness. The company has garnered initial funding and recognition through the Wharton Innovation Fund and Venture Lab’s 2023 Implementation Prize, aims to elevate the freelance economy by connecting creatives with opportunities to host exceptional events. Jerry’s entrepreneurial spirit is complemented by his experience as a freelance photographer and his passion for running and skiing, showcasing his diverse interests and dedication to both personal growth and community impact.
